What a re-roof includes

Full strip of the existing roof covering
Inspection of timbers and repairs quoted transparently
Breathable underlay, battens and new fixings

Ridge, hip and valley components measured and itemised where required
Removal and disposal of all old materials, site left clean

How the price is built

Timelines

Most single-storey and two-storey homes are stripped and re-covered in 2 to 4 working days, weather permitting. Scaffolding goes up the day before and comes down within a week of completion.
