Cookie Policy
Last updated: 19 July 2026
This policy explains how T3 Labs uses cookies and similar technologies on this website.
T3 Labs is a trading name of T3 Play Limited, NZ company number 9148617.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored on a device. Similar technologies may include local storage, pixels, scripts and tags that store or access information on a device.
2. Our current approach
The main T3 Labs website is designed to use as little tracking as reasonably possible.
We do not currently activate advertising or behavioural-tracking technologies by default.
External booking links, such as Calendly, take you to a third-party website. That provider applies its own cookie and privacy practices after you leave T3 Labs.
Where an external video or other third-party embed is used, it should remain blocked until the visitor chooses to load it.
3. Cookies currently used
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration | Category |
|---|---|---|---|---|
t3_cookie_preferences | T3 Labs | Remembers the visitor's cookie or external-media choices | 6 months | Essential preference |
Do not add cookies to this table unless the website actually uses them.
4. Cookie categories
Essential
Required for security, navigation, forms, requested functionality or remembering privacy choices. These cannot be switched off through the website where they are genuinely necessary.
External media
Used only when a visitor chooses to load content supplied by a third party, such as a Loom video. The external provider may then set its own cookies or collect technical information.
Analytics
Used to understand website use and improve performance. Do not activate analytics unless it is correctly configured, documented and, where required, allowed by the visitor.
Marketing
Used for advertising, remarketing or cross-site tracking. These must remain off unless the visitor has made a valid choice allowing them.
Only show categories that are actually relevant to the live website.
5. Managing choices
Where optional technologies are used, visitors must be able to accept, reject or manage them.
A visitor can change their choice using the Cookie settings link where shown. They can also clear cookies through their browser.
Blocking some external content may prevent that content from displaying, but the core website should remain usable.
6. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy if we add or remove cookies, analytics, advertising tools or third-party embeds.
